1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order for most products within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This period is commonly referred to as the "cooling-off period."

2. Conditions for Cancellation and Returns

  • Product Condition: The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and any accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item has been damaged, used, or altered from its original condition.
  • Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to certain items, including (but not limited to):
    • Perishable goods (such as food and flowers)
    • Personalised or custom-made items
    • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed
    • Digital products, after they have been downloaded or accessed
    • Items that have been installed or integrated into other goods

3. Returns Procedure

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please do not return any items until you have received confirmation from us to do so.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we delivered the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  • Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.
  • Timeframe: Please return your items within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Full Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund, including the standard delivery costs, if the entire order is returned. However, if you chose an enhanced delivery option (e.g., expedited shipping), only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
  • Partial Refunds: If you are returning part of an order, we will refund the cost of the item(s) returned but not the delivery charge.
  • Deductions: We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund amount if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition, as allowed under UK law.

5. Cancellation by Retail District

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • We suspect fraudulent activity.
  • There was an error in the pricing or description of the product.
  • We are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund, including any delivery charges.
