1. Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@retaildistrict.co.uk. Please do not post any item back to us until we have approved your return request. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2. Condition of Returns

For health and safety reasons, all returned items must be securely packaged for transport. Items received in boxes must be returned in similar packaging, along with all original accessories. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@retaildistrict.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund upon receiving the original item, provided it meets our return criteria.

6. Cooling-Off Period

In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. All items must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and examine your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
