Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and other logistical considerations. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you and provide tracking details to keep you informed throughout the delivery process.

Delivery Services and Options

Retail District works with a network of reliable delivery partners to ensure your purchases reach you safely and promptly. We provide flexible delivery options to accommodate your needs. For larger items, where feasible, our delivery partners can deliver to a specific room of your choice within your property.

In some cases, you may be able to select a preferred delivery date and time. Our delivery partner will confirm your delivery details on the scheduled day to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.

Health and Safety Considerations

If you are self-isolating and expecting a large item delivery, please notify the delivery provider in advance to arrange an alternative delivery date, if necessary.

Delivery Area Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK mainland only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, BFPO addresses, or certain remote locations, which may also require additional transit time. Please note that public holidays and unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, may affect delivery schedules.
